Happy Birthday, Janet and I truly agree. I can use our rototiller better now than just a bare 6 months ago, for sure. I recently turned 65 and am able to do more than I have been able to do in years. WHOO HOOI wouldn't bet against you, friend, that's for sure.Sharon in NW WashingtonKnitting is...time and love made tangible. Alison Hyde I think Treatment actually helped me.Today, I got out with my daughter and husband at the local football field. It is just right around the corner from my house. Yeah we can hear the friday night games during football season with out having a ticket. LOLBrei-baby wanted to do some wind sprints to build endurance during her soccer games. She is a excellent soccer player and loves the game.I decided to walk the track while they worked on the field doing the wind sprints. I walked 2 miles on the track, it is marked off, so I was able to count my laps. Then my daughter decided to run up and down the bleachers. It looked kinda fun. So I decided to encourage her, and I ran the bleachers with her. Okay I kind of walked fast up and down the bleachers. I thought my knee would give me trouble as I have arthritis in it. But I was careful to use the other knee to start my steps. And I did it, I made it up and down those bleachers 5 times. And then went with them for cool down lap for another mile around the track.Folks, I couldn't have done this 5 years ago. I just wasn't well enough.I am simply amazed at what I can do. I have not reached SVR. But I am doing every thing I can to make my life as good as it can get. I drink my grapefruit juice every day, and I think it is working. I use my milk thistles. And I believe that the treatment did heal my liver. The virus is not gone, but I am still here and ticking.I told my husband that I am going to work up to doing 5 miles, 3 times a week. That is my ulimate goal. How much you want to bet that I do it??Oh and I just had a birthday, I am 55 now. Happy, Happy Birthday, young lady! Your saga is truly inspirational

to us all. I, too, have been feeling better and better without

reaching SVR. I am doing a lot more lately and haven't had those

bouts of depression I used to. However, YOU take the B'day Cake, with

all that great excersizing!

That's the one!! I love that expression. I was exhausted last night after a thorough clean of the main floor of my tiny house. Couldn't have done another thing if I tried, but I'm up at 9:30 (used to sleep til noon and then hate to get us) and raring to go. Today, between expected showers, I'm gonna run the tiller and rake some rocks. A gardener is coming, I will help him and perhaps spread some bark in the finished gardens.Sharon in NW Washington Knitting is...time and love made tangible. Re: I think Treatment actually helped me.

Thanks for the Birthday greetings.

I just feel so good that I had to share. After feeling so bad for so long, I feel like a new woman. I am going to make it!!!

Love

Happy Birthday, Janet and I truly agree. I can use our rototiller better now than just a bare 6 months ago, for sure. I recently turned 65 and am able to do more than I have been able to do in years. WHOO HOO

I wouldn't bet against you, friend, that's for sure.

You GO, Sharon, so glad you are feeling well enough to do things again! SHARON CROSBY wrote: That's the one!! I love that expression. I was exhausted last night after a thorough clean of the main floor of my tiny house. Couldn't have done another thing if I tried, but I'm up at 9:30 (used to sleep til noon and then hate

to get us) and raring to go. Today, between expected showers, I'm gonna run the tiller and rake some rocks. A gardener is coming, I will help him and perhaps spread some bark in the finished gardens.
