Guest guest
Hi, I ordered the bath and on my first bath there was a lot of white flakes and even some oily bubbles. The oil looked a little dark (like a petroleum product). I can't wait to do the second, something definately is coming out. We just have to keep on detoxing and detoxing and eventually the toxic load will come down. Love Judi
Guest guest
Hi, This is interesting. I started using the sauna and did not sweat at first either. Also, I was wondering if you sometimes feel sick afterward, like an hour or so later. I do and it is like I have toxins in my blood or something. I seem to feel better if I drink gatorade afterwards too. --- bethlakey <bethlakey@...> wrote: > > How long are you staying in the sauna? I can't last > over 25-30 > minutes. Guest guest
you should drink a couple of glasses of mineralized water before the sauna and lie down for fifteen minutes afterwards. I think that helps with the sick feeling that sometimes occurs. Anita Re: shari--how are you doing? Hi,This is interesting. I started using the sauna anddid not sweat at first either. Guest guest
Wow! Beth, it sounds like you're really beginning to get the gunk out! L.Ron Hubbard describes in " Clear Body, Clear Mind " how some people smelled so bad in the sauna, they drove others out! BTW . . . for those of you using public saunas, ALWAYS sit on a towel - do not touch surfaces that others may sweat on . . . Public saunas are supposed to be cleaned thoroughly daily . . . But, you never know how thoroughly. And . . . shower afterwards. Be sure to take very good care of yourself while you're detoxing heavily. . . Drink lots and lots of water, plus take extra water soluable vitamins! Hugs, Rogene --- bethlakey <bethlakey@...> wrote: > > How long are you staying in the sauna? Guest guest
How can feeling sick be a good thing? It sounds dangerous to me. I think that if you feel sick you should be getting out of the sauna. Be careful. God luck too. Guest guest
Do you exercise? The women I know that have gotten completely well all seemed to be in the gym or the pool. Daily. Or walkers, bikers, that kind of lifestyle. Eating well is important of course, nutrition is very important. I hope you try some physical fitness to help you. That is the direction I am taking and as sick as I was, in 2 months I have seen major improvement after having leaking gel implants and being sick over 15 years. I have only relapsed once with dizzyiness. The fibromyalgia however, still acts up especially if I do not get up and move about. I hope the best for you. Guest guest
Hi I do not own a sauna - my Dr. has one and I use it there. I am so broke now it is crazy... I wish I could buy one!!! My Dr. also prescribed and sold the bath soaks - the are designed to remove silicone supposedly. I definitely have stuff coming out!! Liquid needle is the name brand but I would say to make sure you use it under a Dr.s approval. good luck shari
Guest guest
Shari, How often are you doing the sauna? I am going 2-3 times a week, wish it could be more. I'll let Dr Kolb know I'm going to do the bath. Usually, I tell her something I want to try and she's pretty supportive. I finished the Fungisode I took, am still on Nystatin, have added Primal Defense and Cat's Claw. I've done epsom salt and clay baths, so this new one is intriguing. Do the flakes float or do you scrape it off the bottom? hugs, Beth > Hi > > I do not own a sauna - my Dr. has one and I use it there. I am so broke now > it is crazy... I wish I could buy one!!!
