Wanted urgently: Someone with experience in office management to

help Jacques Verduin, an overworked saint who is director of

rehabilitation at San Quentin prison. Someone who can organize

mounds of paperwork. This is a volunteer position. Your travel and

office expenses will be paid by The Work Foundation.

From Jacques:

" I need someone who can help me set up my office efficiently.

Someone who is patient, can humor me and guide and assist me in

being efficient. Someone who can help me file the piles that

constantly emerge as I try to put out another fire, who can analyze

what is needed, help set it up, and help maintain it - so that I can

be more free to do what I do best: teach, manage my team of

facilitators and volunteers, lay bridges within the prison system. I

deeply connect with these men. It is the quality of making that

connection that is at the heart of what has made this organization.

It is increasingly hard for me to follow through for them in the way

my integrity asks of me. "
