Guest guest
This is a syndrome we all recognize, the good days followed by bad ones, and as time went along, my bad days got less and less. It did take some time, though, so a bad day is just a way to remind you how good days are so important. Guest guest
Jeanne, Do you have a DX of Fibromyalgia? . . . If so, the trick of managing it is to keep moving . . . Try taking a hot bath this morning then begin some gentle stretches. If you quit moving when you feel sore, it will set up a cycle of more pain and less movement. When you have these setbacks, remind yourself that you know you can feel better because you were feeling better before. It's not nearly a depressing as feeling bad for days on end, not knowing why, or if it will ever end. If this doesn't work, you may be in the beginning stages of the flu, or experiencing a weather change. Regardless, keep moving and detoxing. . . Just be good to yourself . . and patient! Hugs and prayers, Rogene
