Guest guest
My Dearest Beth: I'm not sure what is happening to you. I know that my left foot vibrates and when I'm tired, both legs vibrate. Have you seen a neurologist? I had a numb face a few years ago and problems with balance. Take care, I will write more in the morning...Love...Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~``````````````` From Beth L: help, Could I have arthritis? > > > Well, I had thought my tingling was getting better; the sauna has > definitely helped. Guest guest
Beth, The fungal problem is one you will probably have to deal with for an extended period. . . I'd estimate at least six months on Primal Defense. . . and then take it several times a month unless you're eating naturally fermented foods, organic, etc. etc. I got very stressed last night and woke to lots of shoulder/neck pain this morning. . . I spent a full hour in the sauna this morning . . . It took care of the pain. But what I found amazing was that my sweat smelled sour, like a towel that has been setting wet, and most amazing, it smelled of ammonia. Anybody have an idea what that was? I checked the towel after it had been hanging to dry for a while . . both the sour and ammonia smells were gone. Hugs, Rogene
Guest guest
Rogene, I'm not positive but I think I read not too long ago that ammonia is made by the liver when it is toxic. Of course I can't remember where I read it. DUH! Love, Anita Re: From Beth L: help, Could I have arthritis? Guest guest
Dear Beth, I see an osteopath every week for similar problems, my neck is terrible and unless I have the muscles released I get all what you are saying and the most terrible giddyness. My osteopath has explained to me that when the large muscle constricts in the neck it slows the flow of blood causing the tingling/numbness in the face and neck.I would see an osteopath rather than a chiroprator as they are more gentle and dont pull the neck around as much.I would try it as it could work as well for you as it does for me. Take care Sue.
Guest guest
Thanks Anita, I thought it was remarkable the only time this has occured was after I got very stressed . . . I always feel terrible after getting stressed - maybe that has something to do with it. This time, after using the sauna, I didn't feel as bad. Body chemistry is amazing! I noticed the towel I was using for a mop was stiff after it dryed! Hugs, Rogene
Guest guest
- Gee Beth, that is a tough one. I have some weird symptoms too and it is just so hard to figure out what is really causing them. You may never know. It is encouraging that all of your other symptoms are so much better. Plus this has been improving until your flare. Perhaps it is a herx from the sauna. I know people don't always know why they herx. I mean like things are going along fine, and all of a sudden, it happens. Then it is gone. It does still sound most likely nerve related. It couldn't hurt to try the chiropractor. He might have some new ideas. Wish I could give you more advice. It is just that there are alot of things we just don't know! As far as the arthritis is concerned, I doubt you have that. There are many symptoms that people with different autoimmune diseases in have common. This is one of them. If you go to the chiropractor keep us informed of what you find out,ok? Guest guest
Beth, My OT daughter tells me that arthritis is one thing that responds very well to infrared light. . . My suggestion is to turn your health over to God . . . Trust that he will lead you to what you need when you need it. Turning things over to him will relieve you of a tremendous amount of stress that, not MAY, but WILL interfere with your healing. Guest guest
Dearest Rogene: I'm sorry that you have been stressed out, perhaps you should back away for a few days. When you deal with sick women every day it will take its toll on your health. We need you, so please take care. I wish that we could afford the sauna, but we just can't because this home has drained us of all money. This week-end, will be home and maybe we will try our old fashioned sauna. I can leave if the heat bothers me, it might be good for too. I have an article called Destructive Arthritis Caused by Silicone, it is on the old computer. I will send it to , then he can send back to me and I will post it. Take care of our Rogene....Love...Me ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~``` Re: From Beth L: help, Could I have arthritis? > > Thanks Anita, > > I thought it was remarkable the only time this has > occured was after I got very stressed . . . Guest guest
Dear Lea, Thank you for your concern . . . The group is not stressing me . . . I'm feeling better today. I spent over eight hours on my pottery . . . Time flies when you're having fun! I have several pieces going I'm very happy with.
