Hi All, No need to buy the book. There are several sites listing the

exercises, including the one I mentioned in my post of 26th Nov.

(message no. 3057). As I said before, an excellent set of exercises for

1st thing in the morning. If you really want a book, the one by

Kilham is the one to choose, in my opinion. But, if you

type " five Tibetans " into a search engine, you'll get all the info. you

need. Jerry
