No one can stop the clock. I'm in the 2 week pre-op period. I know

I should not have aspirin and ibuprofen. Tobacco and alcohol I

won't have anyway. Are there other things that I should not put in

my body before the surgery? Are there things I could be doing to

better prepare myself physically for the surgery? Any experienced

suggestions would be wonderful....J explanting with Dr. M 3/30

Hi J...Your on the right track. Did you get an information sheet from your PS on what not to take? Some Herbal meds are not allowed either. I would just make sure that you don't take anything! Oh, Vit.E if your taking that in addition to your multi, than stop that. Causes bleeding during surgery. I didn't even have an appt when I went to talk to my PS about having them removed but I knew I wanted them out. I didn't take anything! Just in case he told me he would do it. And he did. I went in on a Monday and he took them out on Thursday! He is so Awesome! I know if you have a headache you may take Tylenol. Hope it helps. I was explanted 3/03. By the way...it's the easiest surgery you'll ever do!!!! So excited for you. I know you'll be pleasantly surprised!

I have 3 occasions to shop for. I went dress shopping all this week. It is so liberating to look at myself in the mirror and just see ME! Give yourself some time and you'll feel the same way!

I will be thinking of you...Marie

He did an amazing job! I'm 2cup sizes bigger than I started with and

he made my nipples perfect! You will feel so comfortable when you get

down there, you can fully trust he will do an amazing job on you too!

Just don't get headaches over worrying go about things normally and

time will go by so fast. PS. surgery was painless! and my energy is

back :)

Best surgery experience and the hospital is very nice with waterfalls

and nice gift shops/restaurants and the nurses are so nice. The

admission lady you pay before surgery is the only mean one but the

nurses, secretaries and Dr.M are great!
