Guest guest Posted December 11, 2006 Report Share Posted December 11, 2006 hey guys, i was wondering how i could build awesome lower/upper body strength over the course of time. i want to be able to support myself up when i am doing handstand pushups for acrobatics. will the bullworker alone let me do that? or must i fit some other excersices in as well?
