My pain is much reduced but it is in the background and that drives

me nuts. Yes, I have had fibromyagia for many years. Actually,

most of the time I have less symptoms than I have had for a very

long time--even before I got the implants. I was diagnosed with fms

when I was 30 and got implants when I was 36. Then I really went

down hill and just thought it was the fms getting worse. But then 4

years ago I got a multitude of terrible symptoms in a period of

weeks and that is when I got really sick. I have had the implants

out 3 years and most of the weird new symptoms are gone (some come

back briefly now and then) The reason for my pain and fatigue is

the constant muscle spasms I have been having. It is my legs that

hurt and my upper arms and it is definitely due to muscle twitching.

I think they are herx related but I never quite find the way to get

them behind me for good. But I am sure I will. Like you said, God

is good and I trust Him. Thanks for caring

love

kathy

Kathy,

sorry you are in pain, I know how flares can really put a dent in

your sail for awhile affecting all areas of your life, especially

sleep. Or extra curricular activites to a routine schedule can put

you in one. Rest seems to be the best way to get one calmed down if

you can get restorative sleep. I take a sleeping pill and a

valerine. that works for me. Before that, I was always short of

sleep. I know you're working hard on your detox program and it will

pay off. You are an encouragement to us all. I hope you will find

the right balance and Spring will bring new opportunities for you. I

hope you will be able to walk and limber up a bit. Just hope you're

feeling better each day. God Bless,
