Guest guest
Rogene: Thanks for the info. about detoxing. I'm not new but have only posted a couple of times. Do you think I should continue doing the regular sauna? I've been meaning to try your liver cleanse but am reluctant to do any fasting at the moment as I've only now begun to put weight back on. The trick is to balance detoxing and herxing soyou can tolerate it. The fact that you do feel worseis an indication you're detoxing something that needswork. If you can tolerate exercise, you may find thatwalking is enough to get you started sweating. . .After you've learned to separate the herx feelingsfrom being ill, you'll come to appreciate the herxbecause you know you're cleansing your body and willsoon feel better than before. Guest guest
Kate, I don't think you can go wrong using a sauna as long as you drink plenty of water, and take additional water soluable vitamins and minerals . . . Fat soluable are A,D,E and K . . . So you need more of the REST! la's recommendation of Gatorade is great! I believe it's important to go with how you feel. Stay as long as you feel comfortable. People were using dry and steam saunas long before anyone thought of an infrared sauna. You can do the liver flush without prolonged fasting . .. . www.curezone.com has a number of liver flushes. The Epsom salt/grapefruit/olive oil flush can be done in a single day. Only a few dietary restrictions. I added several days of fasting just so I could see the stones! . . .
