I have eight symptoms out of 11 of Multiple Sclerosis. This scares

me since my father died of the disease. Is it true that women

experienced symptoms of MS and once the implants were removed most

or all of the symptoms went away? Has anyone had a MRI to rule out

MS? They say 1-40 people that have had parents with MS can develop

the disease.

Thanks,

Mindy

Many, many implant women have been diagnosed with MS,

only to have that dx reversed after their implants

have been removed. . .

The only way you'll know for sure is to have your

implants removed, do everything possible to get your

health back, then see what is left over.

I highly recommend that you read " Patient Heal

Thyself " . . . According to Rubin, even MS can be

managed through healthy eating and supplements. You

can read a review of his book, and " The Maker's Diet "

on www.appleadayandbeyond.com.

Right now, your ANA is probably elevated . . . But

then, women reacting to implants also have an elevated

ANA.

Unfortunately, it seems that women whose genetics make

them prone to autoimmune diseases are appear to be

most at risk to developing serious problems after

getting breast implants.

Right now, I would be concerned, but not scared.

Hope this helps . . .

God Bless,

Rogene

  • 1 year later...

Sandy,

I want you to come out of this alive too! I think you can do much to help your healing, even with the capsules in. So, until you get to that point of finding the right surgeon to remove them, take the best care of yourself that you can.

Have you tried to cut out gluten containing foods? I know your stomach issues are a big problem, so I think starting with your diet is imperative. Just my opinion, but I think you could use some good probiotic supplements, including kefir, and cut out anything possible that may be creating an allergic reaction.

Here are some facts about food allergies that I found interesting from a pamphlet I was given:

Food allergies and intolerances are on the rise

Doctors are reporting an increase in food allergies in the USA

At least 30 million Americans (10%) suffer from some sort of food intolerance.

1 in 133 Americans have celiac disease

8 Foods account for 90% of all food allergies:

Cow's milk

Eggs

Wheat

Peanuts

Tree nuts

Soy

Fish

Shellfish

Certain health conditions, such as ADHS, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis and others, have been suggested to benefit from specific food avoidance.

Yes, it is all about choices as you have said!

Patty

I am scared

I did e-mail a few in this group

Because my health is not good

I just need to make the right choices

in getting these capsules removed in a safe way

I am nervous about this

I just want to come out of this alive for heaven sakes...

Sandy~
