Patty that is great that your pain went away with

fasting. Did you have FMS I do not think you answered

that question. Did you have pain in your entire body

or just certain places? Was it the kind of pain that

kept you bedridden or were you able to still move

around and work and exercise?

My pain put me into disability. That is amazing that

fasting did that for your pain. I am going to have to

try it because my pain is coming back. As for

arthritis, I can see my sister having it from diet her

diet is bad but I am trying to get it better.

I need to get going now as it is time for my son's

Dr.Appt.
