We are in the process of moving (selling our house, husband is already working at new location five hours away) and I'm also 7.5 months pregnant. I have a son on the spectrum and he has always qualified for EYS since starting PPCD. He's now in second grade and I intend to retain him in second grade next year for many reasons. There is a possibilty that I will need to go stay with my parents (where my husband is as well) for several weeks at some point. This would be in between leaving one school and enrolling at the other. So, my question is: if there is a gap of about 3 weeks where he is not enrolled in school do I lose the argument for EYS?
