Guest guest Posted February 15, 2010 Report Share Posted February 15, 2010 RE: sleep After going for 30 days no sleep one time I was a complete wreck and having panic attackes so I was given XANAX. Took it at night for slepp.That worked. I got off it after a month as I hated scripts. I searched for 'natural' remedies as I worked at a health food store. There was an excellent tea that conked me out but they stopped making it- darn! So now I've been taking CAL MAG 1:1 RATIO .(citrate forms). Too much cal will plug me up. I need to take MORE mag than cal and most products have more cal than mag. Gilhams Magnesium Calm lemon raspberry flavor is good and I often put in a Bedtime tea bag (from T Joes) and drink warm before bed. ALSO, I have been sadly on Clonazepam for the pain that wakes me at night. It helps. All these things I must take every night or I don't' get 8. AND cannot 'do' anything physically or mentally stress causing after 8 or better ANY TIME ! Or am too 'stirred up' and it interferes with the 'calming down' process my body needs every night. Stress- emotional physical etc will wreck all of our good plans so we must set healthy boundaries no matter what others think.
