25days til explant

Let the countdown continue! I shared with a close friend today, and

discussed the BA, then the explant. She was so supportive! I'm

finding that as I open up to those I trust, and to my new friends

here in this group, that I grow stronger in my hope and faith that

all will be well. It was good to hear someone say, " I'm so proud

you are making healthy decisions for yourself. " It made my day! J

I've learned that having implants can actually put

distance between you and others . . . Especially when

they look like implants!

You might want to start keeping a journal of how you

feel as you go through this . . . Then you'll be able

to look back and see how far you've come. Most of us

find we forget how sick we were as time passes!

Getting better doesn't always go in a straight line .

.. . Especially with detoxing when the symptoms return

temporarily. Having a journal can help keep you

motivated!
