BTW, there are claims that far infrared saunas can get

rid of cancer. . . I don't know - but, trying it is

risk free!

It's believed that we all have cancer cells in our

body from time to time. However, a healthy immune

system gets rid of them before we develop a tumor or

realize their presence.

Rogene, Now that I am using the sauna I would say it's one of the better detox's I have tried. I also favor the coffee enemas even though they sometimes leave me tired for a day or two. I overdid it last week and did both in one day and also juiced and exercised. I was wiped out for two days. But the good news it that last year at this time there is no way I could have done all that in one day! I agree w/ Rogene - my doc says that she has several cancer patients that she works with and uses the infrared sauna, acupuncture and other natural techniques w/ good results.

I am wondering about her scanning machine repeatedly pointing me to cancer - Leukemia and/or lymph node cancer based on the results of the thyr. issues she is seeing as well as all the crap in my blood - mold, fungus, etc. I know I have had a ton of blood tests done the last few years at regular medical Drs but nothing like this was ever mentioned.... Seems that sometimes this scanning machine picks up very slight abnormalities and could possibly pre-predict, so to say in her words, some diseases based on organ function if the toxins are not released, etc. and the organs are not healed. Has me a little worried....
