-I am a mother of an autistic daughter and someone who used to work

in child protection in Indiana. If the laws are anything like the

ones here they have to investigate any complaint they get and by you

not responding you will just delay the meeting and if you avoided

long enough they would probably get a court order to talk to you. I

am not sure what happened in the other case but I would call her back

and just see what she wants. They are clearly not very concerned or

they would never have written a letter, they would have just showed

up at your house and questioned you. I know we saved those letters

for investigations we just needed to get done not ones we were

worried about. She may just need to get some information to write

her report about what happened and how you handled it. HOpe this

-Well if you returned her call then you have done your part. THe

ball is back in her court!! Just curious, how did you get the first

letter if they don't know where you live? P.O. Box???
