Guest guest
After reading the case of http://www.geocities com/gtpooh/helptalen/ well I am afraid to respond to the love letter from child protective services regarding my sons runaway may 21st. Guest guest
-I am a mother of an autistic daughter and someone who used to work in child protection in Indiana. If the laws are anything like the ones here they have to investigate any complaint they get and by you not responding you will just delay the meeting and if you avoided long enough they would probably get a court order to talk to you. I am not sure what happened in the other case but I would call her back and just see what she wants. They are clearly not very concerned or they would never have written a letter, they would have just showed up at your house and questioned you. I know we saved those letters for investigations we just needed to get done not ones we were worried about. She may just need to get some information to write her report about what happened and how you handled it. HOpe this helps.
