Friends and Colleagues: I've run across a report of formaldehyde as a significant ingredient of the Brazilian Keratin Treatment (BKT) for straightening hair. http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2007/10/26/earlyshow/health/main3414868.shtml If you run across any news stories about this, or conduct any investigations in the course of your work, I'd appreciate some info.
