Guest guest
I have had several of his tests done. I received results today from an organic acid urine test, female hormones and bacterial overgrowth test. I have already done the Free T3, stool culture and I can’t remember what all. I have been treating with him for about 3 years now. I am big on tests because they show what my body is doing. The organic acid test is a new one he is doing and shows all kinds of different functions in the body. My test showed that I was low in B vitamins, which is a big cause of fatigue. I have been taking B vitamins but for some reason I am not assimilating them. I have also had persistent stomachaches. My gastro doc did a barium x-ray which was normal. The organic acid test showed I have a hard to diagnose bacterial infection in my gut. Gee, why couldn’t my gastro figure that out before dismissing me as having irritable bowel! He tried to get me to take some sedative type drugs for my gut. I’m really ticked off about that because I knew I didn’t have IB and told him I thought it was an infection. A company that works with the organic acid test lab makes supplements specially tailored to your test results. I decided to buy a 3-month’s supply and see how it goes. The supplement comes in powder form. I like that it is made for me and has all of the vitamins, minerals, aminos, etc. that I should need, based on the lab test. I’m excited for you. Dr. Leu is a great doctor and I’m sure he will be able to help you. He is very in tune to the way bodies should work. His wife Theresa is great to work with, as is his receptionist Tammy. Please let me know how it goes. Kenda did you have any of his functional tests done?
