i have awesome news! my kidneys were so inflamed, it

began about two years ago when i still had my

implants, i thought it would go away with all my other

symptoms but it hung around, i would wake up every

morning with terrible pain,i was explanted just over a

year and a half ago....finally i found a woman who

does lymphatic drainage, you get hooked up to this

machine and 32 electrodes are placed on various lymph

nodes....i had 3 or 4 treatments and now iam pain

free!!!! i really think this is awesome to get rid of

built up toxins!!! the only symptom i have left is

occasionally i get the chills at night. my hair is

,

That is awesome that you have felt so good from this! What exactly

did they do?

A form of lymphatic drainage can be done at home using a mini-

trampoline, or rebounder. There are excellent articles on the net

that discuss the fantastic benefits of this form of exercise. I'll

share a few links. One of the nice things about a mini-trampoline

is that it is cheap. I think you can get them for about $25.

While it probably isn't the same as lymphatic drainage therapy, it

certainly is clearly beneficial and accomplishes the same purposes.

Here are a few good links about it:

I always believe in doing what we can for health at home, cheaply

and safely. This certainly fits that bill!

you get hooked up to this machine with 32 electrodes the electrodes send electric impulses to your lymphatic system......they begin to release built up toxins.....you feel a little sick the first few treatments but thats how you know your toxins are being released....its amazing, i have been painfree for a couple weeks, after having a couple years worth of pain.....yaydianaDIANA D
