Guest guest
, That is awesome that you have felt so good from this! What exactly did they do? A form of lymphatic drainage can be done at home using a mini- trampoline, or rebounder. There are excellent articles on the net that discuss the fantastic benefits of this form of exercise. I'll share a few links. One of the nice things about a mini-trampoline is that it is cheap. I think you can get them for about $25. While it probably isn't the same as lymphatic drainage therapy, it certainly is clearly beneficial and accomplishes the same purposes. Here are a few good links about it: http://www.liv4evr.com/ten_pillars/detoxification.php http://www.sundancerebounders.com/md.htm I always believe in doing what we can for health at home, cheaply and safely. This certainly fits that bill!
