Guest guest
I'm a little jittery. That's a nice word for a little scared. I still haven't asked anyone to take me to the airport, or pick me up. Instead, I keep negotiating with myself to drive myself, and drive myself home 2 days post-op. Maybe I'll be able to?? I know to check my bag, and not carry a carry-on, as weight would affect me after the surgery. I usually carry on a bag the weight of a block of concrete! So, I'll just have one bag to check, and I know to pack lightly. I'll take only tops and jammies that button up in front. I've ordered a new support bra from www.title9sports.com. They have some tough-looking sports bras. I think their products are great. I'm not affiliated, just a customer...They rank their bras from one to five barbells, one being little support, and five guaranteeing no bounce. Anyway, my husband has been more loving to me this week. I am going with a nurse friend. Hubby and I work together, so he will manage the business while I fly to Dallas for surgery. Are there any common sense things I should know before or immediately after the surgery? Like what to do, what not to do? I did a search on the internet and found a PS site that had all the medicines to avoid in the 2 wks. prior to surgery. That I think I've got covered. Any suggestions appreciated; thanks to all who have answered my posts; you have been my inspiration and my courage to carry this through, and to seek my good health once again.....J
