Guest guest Posted December 12, 2006 Report Share Posted December 12, 2006 Hi Guys: The wall chart directions for my very old Bullworker specifies using about 70% of one's strength and holding the exercise for seven seconds. Are these directions still valid, or should different directions be used? I'm in my late sixties if that makes a difference.
