Thank you,

I shall try that too. I've been taking my hot baths and doing better

each day. K.

What does the ginger do exactly? Is it fresh ginger or

just spice type?

Annie,

I have been told to stay away from silicone dioxide, silica and

anything with silicone in the first 5 ingredients. Therefore, you're

suppose to go through your home and get rid of all these products.

Now some of the products may not bother you, I use a vitamin e cocoa

butter balm for very dry skin with some silicone (something or other)

and it does not bother me. I guess you would know if you get a skin

reaction. Good luck. K. P.S. I'm still very itchy but no

new breakouts. But the big bumps are still itching. I have to use a

steriod cream and that does not delight me. Urgh.
