Hi I am so happy to hear your feeling better

with the hot baths.

I got the go ahead now to begin using scar cream on my

breast incisions and my Dr. also gave me the ok to

start soaking in the tub. He is pretty particular

about waiting to ensure the scars are healed.

I am at the very red stage so I really want to start

using the scar cream. I am concerned that some of them

have silicone in them. Does anyone know if that is

bad?

I am going to try the epsom salts tonight.

thanks for the advice. I am going to try

something called mederma for scars. This one does not

have silicone just vitamin E and some other

ingredients that sound ok. It smells funny and is

sticky but it is better than those sheets of silicone

they sell and less money too.

I am glad your not as bad with the rashes as you were.

I hope you can get off the steroid cream soon.

Thanks for answering my posts . Your a

sweetheart.
