Guest guest Posted December 11, 2006 Report Share Posted December 11, 2006 if i want to continue building strength on the bullworker should i keep doing the same thing over and over again (2 X 10 reps followed by 10 second hold on last rep) or should i vary it (1 week do all excercises isometrically, 2nd week do all excercises 2 X 10 reps followed by 10 second hold... etc etc)? any suggestions would be helpful please Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
