Guest guest
The Bullworker will help you to be stronger in any athletic event, sport, etc. But, to do handstand pushups, while the Bully will help you to gain strength to do them, you need to practise doing the pushups. Also, pull ups, etc., should be included in your workouts.bullworkeruser wrote: hey guys, i was wondering how i could build awesome lower/upper bodystrength over the course of time. i want to be able to support myselfup when i am doing handstand pushups for acrobatics. will thebullworker alone let me do that? or must i fit some other excersicesin as well?
