Atlas Vs Bullworker

If you read the title and though that this post is actually a versus

of which method is better or what types of results either method is

capablable of, comparatively, then I am sorry to disappoint you.

This post is my personal experience and boils down to usability. I

ordered the Atlas course and read it with interest and even performed

some of the exercises. My problem with the course, and the problem

really is with me per se, is that I could not find the time and right

surrounding to progress through the couse.

The time required to successfully execute the exercises stipulated in

the course and in some cases the methods required did not really suit

me. As someone who leads a hectic business life with minimal time for

recreation, the bullworker suits me down to a tee.

Now having done some form of exercise over the last 8 years, instinct

tells me that the Atlas course would probably yield better results for

me than the Bullworker. However, given my personal contraints and how

the bullworker is still able to deliver results I would say that the

bullworker is almost miraculous for me.

My bullworker experience only started a couple of years ago when I was

looking for techniques that involved exercising from your chair

(helpful when you are in a conference call for work like I often am)

and stumbled across the Bullworker (dad's and retro friends'

testimonials). I never really believed it until after a few weeks of

use of an X5 I purchased off eBay and when I saw the measurements go

up on the progress chart. My measurements have not changed much since,

but tone and definition have as has the reading on the power meter.

I have been using the steel bow lately and find it fantastic in terms

of portability and further compliments my lifestyle.

However, I now await what might be the holy grail...Isokinator.

Although I have experienced the 'isomotion' concept with the steel

bow, I have not spend enough time to comment on the results...lets

wait and see...
