Yes, I have three sauna books now. Detox or Die, and one by Dr

search around on his site, he has a book for around $25, it is

really good. I bought one of his saunas, but unfortunately, it

didn't get hot enough for me. I couldn't get it over 115 degrees

and it took a really long time to heat up. The ones on ebay look

good. It's hard to know. Die hard sauna fans on curezone say that

you must have 5 heaters to properly detox. I don't know if that's

all true, but any infrared does seem to be more promosing for

detoxing.
