Guest guest
la, Finding an attorney who will handle an implant case is like looking for a needle in a haystack! . . . Recent tort reform laws are going to make it exceedingly difficult to get anything, especially in a reasonable time frame, if at all! Some of the ladies here were talking about a couple attornies who will talk to you to see if your case interests them . . . Maybe one of them will chime in . .. . Or, you could search the old messages for " attorney " or " lawyer " and see who comes up! Hugs, Rogene
Guest guest
I've heard, it's just a matter of time, before there will be cases or maybe a class action for women with Saline. Someone did post a while back about a Derrick?? in land or DC?? that may be willing to hear your story and may begin some suits. Good luck finding the info you want/need! Guest guest
GT, I can really empathise with taking care of the children. When my husband works weekends and they're home with me...it is SO difficult. How old are your children? Is your hubby around, does he help? I have twin 5 y/o boys and they sure have alot more energy than me these days. My husband tries to help, but he also works alot since I can not. Take care of yourself Gab Cheryl
