J, I wholeheartedly agree that you are doing the right thing. Anita Taking time to rest Today I was expected at a relative's shower. Instead, I ordered a lovely cake, called them, and said, "I'm sorry. I won't be there. I'm tired, and I must rest." It was a feeling of freedom to take care of ME, and not push myself to do everything on the TO DO list for the day. I've finally found proof that my fatigue and health issues are related to these implants. This group has affirmed to me that I must take time to heal, time to prepare for the healing after explant, and that I am geniunely ill. Until I found this site, I never made the connection, and I forced myself to do everything for everybody. No more...I will care for me, and I will seek my healing. Thank you for helping me.... J

Soon enough this will be only a bad memory. You sound like a very

strong lady and I admire you. I am sure that things will be so much

better after your explant. Take care and hang in there. YOu don't

have much longer to wait!
