Guest guest
la, I didn't get sick from my implants until after I gave birth, also. I tried to breastfeed my twins but, I ended up feeding & pumping every 2 hrs. and just never made enough. I was so depressed when I finally had to stop and afterwards felt even worse and I've pretty much been sick off and on since then. Only now, I've been really sick, mostly bedridden with 1 infection after another and too fatigued & in pain to do anything, but go to an occasional dr. appt., for about 3 months now. Isn't it strange, here we were trying to feed our children, which I was told should be " no problem, since mammary glands weren't disturbed during implant surery " , what a line of crap! (sorry) Now, it is thought that my implants became infected then. It was VERY IMPORTANT to me to be able to breastfeed, since I had to have help getting pregnant and wanted my babies to have the best milk, in my opinion. Just another area of our lives, screwed up fromimplants. Thanks for sharing, Cheryl
Guest guest
la, I'm so glad you son is doing well! . . . The pumping may have aggravated the implant problems too. . . . There is one brand that had very defective valves . . . They just kept on making them - even though they knew that! Your mother has good instincts!
