Guest guest
There was a bill just passed in Congress that puts all class action suits before Federal judges . . . who are political appointees! . . Right now, politics favor big business. If nothing else, the volume will bring the courts to a standstill. There's an interesting book " King of Torts " . . ..fictional, but good insight to what goes on with class action situations. IMHO, It's more important to concentrate on getting well, rather than collecting diagnoses for a possible settlement . . . if you understand what I'm trying to say. . . I think too many of the early women held onto their illness with the idea, if they were sick, they would get more. . . . For the most part, the settlements were a pittance, compared to what the women lost in every way. . . As if money could compensate for chronic illness! Guest guest
Hi, I am not sure I have the energy to attempt legal " stuff " . I try to use any energy I have into helpin my kids and making sure they have what they need each day. Some days it is extremely hard.
