Your doing something I cant I have been

body building for 10 years and am 48 years old now – while I have an

impressive body and have made substantial gains in size and strength I have not

significantly gained size in my biceps since Nov 2002. I am 14 ½” on both

arms non pumped.

I have been using the bullworker (+ free

weights on days I don’t use the bullworker) for 1-2 months and while I

have got harder in the muscles  and have certainly gained power and strength size

increase alludes me. I eat a good diet and do cardio. But no way I can get to

15” arms least lone 16” I used to take protean powder but still

could not get much bigger than I am now.

I read your article and it made me a little

depressed – but then I have been told size is not everything by my wife –

but being a man and a body builder I think size is important.

I am 5’6 ½” so my arms do look

big. I have also been told a fat person can have 18” arms but is fat not muscular.

Without steroids I see no chance of significant

increases in size.

On the weekend with an EZ bar I cleaned and

jerked 74 Kg put it on my shoulders and squatted, I weigh 77 Kg – my best

ever clean and jerk with an EZ bar was 80 Kg when I weighed 76 Kg.

Your going to have to tell me your secret of

how you jumped from 13” arms to 16” arms. I think I could have 18”

arms if I cut the end of the tape measure off or put a finger between my arms

and the tape.

Is this an honest reading? Or what is your

secret? Without taking steroids.

Thanks Kumar. This sounds like a very effective

routine. Have you

made all your gains using only the Bullworker or do you also lift

weights or do bodyweight exercises? What about legs?
