Since the fatigue has been so bad, the last 1-2 yrs., I have to take

a nap when I get home from work, on weekends, anytime that I can

rest. It's just a must; I can't rethink my body out of the

fatigue. I know it's my body wearing down after fighting all day to

be healthy with poison in my body. Then at night, like now, 4:54

a.m., I can't sleep because my body says I've got enough sleep

already, and yet if I don't, then I'm tired by the time I get to

work. I can't wait for explant. I can't wait to make amends to my

body and soul. J

Jackie,

It may be that, while you are sleeping, you are not

getting deep sleep.

Many of us have fibromyalgia . . . that's a condition

where the surface of the muscle becomes very taut,

pulling on the joints and causing pain. A sleep

disorder goes hand in glove with FM. Put together, it

causes depression.

There are some sleep medications that can help. Ambien

is fantastic - but insurance companies resist because

it's so expensive and Temazapam works well. Doctors

who understand FM won't mind prescribing a sleep med

on a long term basis (as long as you keep the dose

low). Also, drinking a cup of Celestial Seasonings

Sleep Time tea (the extra strength is extra good),

helps get that sleep.

Hugs,

Rogene

I suffered severe insomnia for years prior to LDN and after 6 months

on LDN my insomnia is 100% cured.

Hi , The first two weeks I had disrupted sleep. That went away

and now I am experiancing alot of dreams. Not bad ones but long and

many! For the past week I have been waking up at about 4am. It also

takes me awhile to fall asleep. I go to bed around 10:30 11:00 and

fall asleep around 12:30 1:00 am. I should just go to bed later! Lol!

Take Care
