Guest guest
As you all know workmen`s comp is never for us, just the money. W/C is doing it again to us hold back my checks. As you all remember i wrote in this digest about this before. The judge last month order workmen`s comp to pay me and they did. This time i believe they are doing this again because there is not a hearing coming up again till next year. My pain doctor is giving his deposition on December 6th and will be there for me again. Also remember the IME said that she believes i never had RSD and do not now instead i have another disorder called Arnold Chairi. Arnold is a disorder of the brain that one gets at child birth. If i had this and my mother would have known this. This a ploy to get rid of me. I have proof that i have RSD from a battery of tests done and is on paper. The judge believes i do have RSD. In Janurary we will have a new governer and state rep. in the state of Pennsylvania.. My wife and i met the man who was running and who has one the election. We got to talk to him about workmen`s comp insurance companies and plan to find out the laws in regard to w/c comp. We want to get the laws changed so they are for us and get the them to be responsible for the actions that are hurting the disabled. We all deed to write to our state rep`s to get this done. I am asking you all to this and get them to do the right thing. The time is now!! The one`s who are not get hurt yet could someday go through what we are all going through. The more people write or call our state rep`s and governor will can get the job done. All of us disabled have been to and IME and they work for the insurance company and twist things around so the workmen`s company can try and get out of they responsibility. I hope and pray you all write and call our new governor and state rep. Thanks you all and God bless. Joe JMroczekjr@...
