Inner Bonding says you are either trying to control or intending to learn. With every action there's an opportunity - for me. To either see what is or make something up. It's as simple as girl watching television. Is that all there is? Or is it girl watching tv to avoid pain? Loving What Is - for me - asks me to do the work and look at that pain - that's the end of the addiction - since I still like to numb out in front of tv, I've noticed I'm not there yet. I just caught the line above and thought THAT was perhaps what you were responding to. For me this loving what is isn't a stand alone system - I'm okay with blending and most other systems use levels - even does, but let's not go there... Guest guest
Dear Jan, I can relate to what you wrote. This stood out for me. > It's as simple as girl watching television. Is that all there is? Or > is it girl watching tv to avoid pain? What is, is what I perceive. The girl is watching TV is what I (may) see. The girl's motive is not my buisness. And with it being her buisness I mean that it is something I can't neither control, nor verify. Love, > > > choiceless choice - find a new addiction or do the work. And is the girl avoiding pain? Does it work?
