-Hi Beth.. please also read my reply to you below. I wanted to ask

you something else.. Do you do the infrared sauna? Do you have one?

I just hate to have to sit in one at my gym.. unless I have to I

guess.. so I want to find out more about this but the info is lost

in the posts for me.. I'm too spaced out to find out where the whole

thing begins!
