Dawn: mild liver flush

Hi Beth,

There are two things my doctor say to do:

Two ways to detox

the liver and I use them both.

Three days per week

You will need, castor oil, flannel cloth (

or something very similar), heavy plastic bag such as a freezer type bag, Fresh

lemons, cayenne pepper, olive oil.

The night before I do the modified liver

flush:

I do castor oil liver pack- take the

flannel (this is messy so be careful) fold it into something of a square, kind

of layered… material shouldn’t be too thin.

Soak the flannel with the castor oil. Lay down, place the flannel over your liver, cover with the

heavy plastic and a heating pad for two hours.

Sometimes, as you can see, this is a real

pain in the butt and I just don’t have time for it ,

so I skip it…and go on to the modified flush.

Here it is:                                  ½ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

                                                Dash

of cayenne pepper

                                                1

tsp. olive oil

Drink first thing in the morning on an

empty stomach… or whenever else you have a totally empty stomach. Don’t

eat for a half hour, water is okay. It actually tastes pretty good, drink it

all at once, watch out for the lemon seeds though!

Dawn:

mild liver flush

Dawn,

What are the recipe/ingredients for the mild liver

flush? I have a

recipe for a full liver flush, but with my

schedule and small

children, I haven't had the time to try it yet.

Thanks!

Beth

Thanks Dawn! I can do this. Rogene gave me a wonderful recipe for

a full flush, but I can't do it until I get a babysitter for the

weekend. I have all the ingredients you listed and I'm going to do

this one!

hugs,

Beth

la,

Go to www.curezone.com and click on the liver flush

link.

I could give you more information . . . but their

information is so thorough, I'd prefer you go there

and read up on it before doing the flush.

The one I did used Epsom salts, olive oil and fresh

grapefruit juice. I added a three day clear liquid

fast so I could be sure what I was passing was stones.

Hugs,

Rogene
