Guest guest
Just wanted to share with you all the possible dangers of the Bullworker. I use heavy weights at home with no spotter so am used to being careful however I went on holiday to Cornwall UK over Easter and took my Bullworker and chest expander (bought the chest expander in 1976 when I joined the Royal Navy 5 springs max expansion 150 lbs of pressure – have not used it much so thought I would start and use it with the Bullworker on days I don’t use my weights) (thinking of starting to skip as well) Doing a session in the B & B I compressed the Bullworker 2 and caught the skin of my left bicep in-between the sliding steel tube - it hurt somewhat – latter it looked as if a vampire had bitten it and the next day it grew to 2 “ diameter. Anyone else had any damage when using the Bullworker? Brann
