You are so right! That's the first thing I noticed! The 2nd day

after my surgery I sat up until the wee hours playing cards with my

friend and no upper back/shoulder pain!!!

I had pain and poor posture from the time I got the implants. It's a

relief having my little lightweight boobies! I feel for women who

have large natural breasts and definitely understand why they would

want them reduced.

Jackie . . It's so nice to have a name for you!

It feels wonderful to get those toxic bags off ones

chest! . . . When I see someone with those horribly

heavy implants, it makes me shudder!

You may want to try some yoga moves to loosen your

back. At first, it seems like the poses are

impossible, but those who stick with it do great!

Did you know that many of us with Fibromyalgia are

hyperextensive . . . probably from all the stretching

we do to relieve tight muscles!
