Guest guest
Dawn, It sounds like you have found a doctor who knows his stuff. I have never heard of the HP IV's for candida. We will ALL be interested in knowing how well that one works Good Luck and keep us updated. Love, Anita my docs recommendations So, here I am battling this illness for three years, ready for the explant on 4/13/05. After I am free of these things I will begin the following as prescribed by my altenative MD. : Weekly I am to do hydrogen peroxide IV’s that also include glutathione ( for liver) and vitamin C. The oxygen is deadly to the candida and kills it on contact, glutathione will strengthen my liver for the heavy detox and the vitamin C is not only a chelator of heavy metals it also acts as an antifungal. As much aerobic exercise as I can handle without overdoing it… again the oxygen is key here. Too many supplements to list but the main antifungals I will be rotating are nystatin, caprylic acid, berberine, wild oregano. Plus twice daily I am to grind up flax seeds, mix with lecithin in a protein shake.. Gotta keep the bowels moving.. a must for carrying out dead materials from detox not to be reabsorbed by my body. Several times per week I am to do a mild liver flush which consists of olive oil, fresh lemon juice and cayenne. Also the liver pack to detox liver. I will probably start DMSA again… chelates heavy metals from body. Shockingly, my doc recommends that I rent an oxygen tank and use it for a half hour daily. This is a last resort for me.. that’s a little much but if I have to I will. He wants me to sit for a half hour with my feet in 10 parts water to 1 part hydrogen peroxide, says it will help carry oxygen into my cells. I know it all sounds Kooky, but no conventional MD has any answers for me so I am going to give it a go. Plus I have done many of these things already and they have definitely helped me even with the implants. Enemas are on the list but again this is a last resort since I really don’t want to have to do that. Guest guest
Dawn, It's great to have you join us! . . . I'm anxious to hear how you do with the detox therapies your doctor is recommending. Sometimes I wonder if there's not a conspiracy to keep people ill to benefit the drug companies???? Most alternative therapies are a bargain (not to mention low risk) compared to coventional drug therapy that often fails to address the problem. I guess too many people want a fix-it pill, and the doctors try to please. Getting better after being so sick from implants isn't easy. It takes real dedication and work. Guest guest
I did the Hydrogen Peroxide IV's. (There's probably not much I haven't tried in the past 7 years!) Dr. Royal gave them to me when I had first gone to him for a Vitamin C IV to help boost my immune system. He suggested those in addition to my request, actually, he didn't suggest them, he highly recommended them and proceeded to do them straight away! He said it would help my energy levels, which it did. I had been feeling lethargic still, (this was back in 2002 or 2003 I think) and he said the H2O2 would help kill off any pathogens and give me a boost of much needed oxygen. It was at that time that we discovered I had Hashimoto's, too. Dawn, it sounds like you have a great program outlined. I wish you well with it! Be patient as your body takes time to heal. No magic bullets anywhere in this thing. And yes, please keep our group updated on your progress. Just wanted to share my experience with those, and then I will skiddaddle out of here for awhile. Love you all! Patty > Dawn, It sounds like you have found a doctor who knows his stuff. I have never heard of the HP IV's for candida. We will ALL be interested in knowing how well that one works. Guest guest
Great Point Rogene…… Yes, yes, yes, yes, unbeknownst to the American public there is a conspiracy… I believe it for sure. The drug manufacturers and the food industry literally control the FDA and the media for sure. A great book to read is “Natural cures they don’t want you to know about.” I can get the author’s name if anyone is interested. In this book the author goes on to say how the drug companies get a hold of us by continually creating new illnesses due to the side effects of their drugs, etc. So then you have to take another drug for the side effects. Also, the food industry in and of itself is a sham. I won’t even sit here and gross you out with what they are putting in our food in addition to antibiotics and growth hormones. And as far as the natural treatments go… they do work, and that is why at this the drug companies are lobbying to have vitamins regulated by the FDA as prescription drugs. It’s all about money… the cost of vitamins will skyrocket in addition to having to go to the doctor to get them. In particular these IV’s I speak of are actually PROVEN to work, the evidence is suppressed however. One example though, I don’t know if anyone is familiar with Pam having Hepatitis C. Well the usual treatment for this is Interferon.. very very very intense side effects and it does not cure the disease. Well to make a long story short, Pam was cured of Hep C. through these IV’s I am told. There was also another Hollywood guy who was cured through the alternative treatments. It’s all about the money in this country, that’s why with an 8 billion dollar per year industry ( I think that’s the #) such as breast implants, you can see why we do not get treatment, you can see why we are told it is all in our heads. Pisses me off. But, I feel that I am more than one step ahead of this game armed with this knowledge. I have tons of other books I can recommend, not just the one mentioned.. cause the author of that book kind of goes on a tangent and the rhetoric gets to me sometimes.. although I get his point. Thanks Rogene for the appreciation.. means a lot. Dawn Re: my docs recommendations Dawn, It's great to have you join us! . . . Guest guest
Right on Dawn. Here's a good one for you. Did you know that they just lowered the level at which cholesterol is considered to be too high from 200 to 180. I wonder how many billions of dollars that translates to for the drug companies. Perhaps they think we would all be better off to have no cholesterol! Guest guest
Dawn, We have one member here who doesn't post often. Her hubby worked for one of the big drug companies . . . We have new people here all the time! Have you seen the archive section? . . . You can add references with discussions of them any time you'd like. With much appreciation! Guest guest
It translates a lot of billions of dollars… especially since there is credible evidence to suggest that cholesterol levels aren’t even a factor in dying in heart attacks.. it’s obviously a controversial issue ( sound familiar). and some may want to debate on it, but I don’t want to because it is simply my own belief passed on to me by my alternative MD., but yes, the drug companies are making tons. Just as they are making tons on people who are under medicated on thyroid hormone that have lingering effects of depression for one…. They are told by their docs that their levels are fine and that they should see a psychiatrist, who in turn gives out anti depressants. In addition to that the tests for thyroid are completely misleading and unreliable. They call it the tyranny of the TSH…. Because if you don’t fall into this man made box , you are denied treatment. This is off the subject of implants, but really it is related because it goes to show you how you cannot trust the system… there is just too much money to be made out there. Very sad. Guest guest
What IV's are you talking about? I have never heard anything about a cure for hepatitis. I think medication has a place and time. I needed medication and took it and it had it's place in my life but now I am off it and feel good. I think that the public has to use some common sense with medication too. We need to be responsible for what we take and put in our body because no one else is gonig to be. I know that meds are not all bad but if you take a medication without reading and learning about it then I think that is irresponsible. People need to learn as much as they can about this. I wish I had the informatin available they have now about implants I never of gotten them Annie --- Dawn Aldredge <dawn.aldredge@...> wrote: > Great Point Rogene.. Guest guest
Annie, Sorry, don’t want to come off as a total left winger here.. maybe I did. I personally, just me personally, do not have very much confidence in the “conventional” medical establishment anymore due to what I have been through these past 3 years. Yes, there is certainly a place for prescription medication. Prescription medication saves many lives every day. And honestly, if it were not for the prescription thyroid medication I take as a result of my implantation, I would not be functioning right now. The IV’s are “intravenous therapy”. This is an alternative treatment, not done by conventional doctors. Trust me.. when I first heard of the IV’s, I was like, No way, this is way too kooky for me.. but seeing how they have helped so many people and myself included, even with the implants still in me, I am a believer. I am not forcing this information on you, I hope it does not seem that way. In all things we hear, we take what we can use and we leave behind what we cannot. The major point here is that information is suppressed from the general public, my belief. I believe this also because of the information that is suppressed about saline implants. And, Pamela Lee is cured of hepatitis C… Unless I just totally have the wrong information… anything is possible. Dawn Re: my docs recommendations > > Dawn, > > It's great to have you join us! . . . Guest guest
Dawn, Welcome to the site and congratulations on your decision to explant! Even though I still have my implants in, I'm taking many of the homeopathics and herbs(minus the IV's) you speak of, hoping to strengthen my body for surgery. I am reading the book Natural Cures also, isn't it just appalling how our healthcare system along with many others are " All about the money? " That's why the manufacturers haven't spent the money to do long term studies on implants and the plastic surgeon's won't admit that the implants are making some women ill. The Ole' Mighty Dollar! Good luck w/everything, Cheryl
Guest guest
GT, I don’t know the exact make up of the IV’s Pam does, I can only assume. The ones I do are made of hydrogen peroxide, glutathione and vitamin C… I think maybe magnesium too. Actually my Doc does them made to order.. you can put anything in there. The way this is done is with a little butterfly needle in your arm. You sit there for about 1 and ½ hours. The doctor I see deals with the most chronically of ill patients, you’d never call this guy for the sniffles. He is a licensed Medical Doctor but uses alternative treatments. I am not sure where you could find other docs who do the IV’s. They are certainly out there. I never sought after this guy for the IV’s, I actually went to him after reading an article he wrote and seeing how open minded he was and how he did not have the “GOD complex” so many docs have. Guest guest
Cheryl, Right the ole mighty dollar. Sad that we are just guinea pigs. I am taking the supplements also in order to strengthen my immune system for surgery. I am going to hold off on the IV’s till after the surgery because at this point it is a waste of money due to the fact that I will remain toxic with the implants. Dawn Re: my docs recommendations Dawn, Welcome to the site and congratulations on your decision to explant! Good luck w/everything, Cheryl Opinions expressed are NOT meant to take the place of advice given by licensed health care professionals. Consult your physician or licensed health care professional before commencing any medical treatment. " Do not let either the medical authorities or the politicians mislead you. Find out what the facts are, and make your own decisions about how to live a happy life and how to work for a better world. Guest guest
Dawn . . . You've found a gem of a doctor! . . . Sometimes God leads us in mysterious ways! It makes me wonder why more M.D.s aren't practicing this kind of medicine! If he can help the most chronically ill . . . Why can't the other doctors prevent us from getting there? Guest guest
How do the Dr's make money off of us? I only pay them a small co pay, so I am just wondering is it the way they bill our insurance or what it is that they are doing to rip us off? I def was a guinea pig, but then I should have been smart enough to see that. I just assumed when they said implants last for ever they were telling the truth. Now they have all these consents and symptoms that the book tells women about. I think that at least there is more information today then when I got my silicone gel implants. I know that there was nothing that I signed for implants, just about anesthesia I think. I don't remember that well anymore to be honest. Guest guest
No no dear you don't come off as a left winger, I just am careful and skeptical after what was done to me with implants. I have to be honest I don't trust any of these Dr's very much anymore, the real ones and the homeo ones to me they are all about the same, so far at least the ones I know of they all want the big $$$ to even have you step foot in their doors! I really think I am just going to use the Dr if an when I need a test or medication and try to do as much for myself as I can. With my son it is different of course. He has to go to the Dr. he is on medication and right now I don't think I can take him off it. I jsut think these IV's and things all sound a little scary but you girls can do whatever you feel safe with. To me natural is not always much better than the other sutff. I hear you can get sick off the natrual stuff too! I dont' want anything if I can just get better with eating healthy food and trying sweat and drinking lots of clean pure water. If I dont' get better after all this then I might be forced to try other means, right now I am doing good enough that I think I will be able to do some kind of job soon. Part time maybe but anythign to get off the disability. Well time for my walk. talk to you all later.
