Guest guest
Hi there Sorry for the late response - I have not been online in a few days. I have been staying in the sauna about 20-25 minutes. I have been sweating like crazy!! It is really weird. I have another appt today at 3 where I will probably do it again. Not only is there a weird smell from the sweating but my hair feels weird - really sticky - like toxins are coming out my scalp or something. This also happened w/ the bath stuff. Make sure you check w/ your doc about the bath soaks before you use them. I want to make sure if you do it, it is under supervision for safety, etc. I have also been doing a ton of herbal stuff from her for thyroid, leaky gut., etc. I am feeling much better after the treatments but pretty crappy for a few days after which I think is me detoxing. I think this is what happened Friday which is why I wasn't posting all weekend. I got a new bottle of the bath stuff that I will start tonite. Good luck!! shari
Guest guest
Far infrared saunas are much different than regular saunas . . . It's the properties of the light that do the work, not the heat. The light penetrates your tissues as deeply as 2 inches. I believe it was Tom Cruise (He's a Christian Scientist - the movement that L.Ron Hubbard founded). .. . Cruise donated a number of far infrared saunas to detox centers in NYC for the rescue workers to use for detox. The results with far infrared are vastly superior! The rescue workers there are having many problems! . . . Terribly unpublicized! Sweating is good for you regardless . . . but far infrared will do it better. Guest guest
Hi, I guess I will call around to see if any health clubs in my area have far infrared available. Thanks --- Rogene S <saxony01@...> wrote: > Far infrared saunas are much different than regular > saunas . . . It's the properties of the light that > do > the work, not the heat.
