Guest guest
Hello, This is great that you posted this. It is so confusing to know wht to try. I have not found an alternative doctor yet and am unsure who to trust. Guest guest
No problem. The flush Rogene recommended is really the ULTIMATE liver flush. It’s supposedly very cleansing and intensely healing, but yeah , ya gotta stay by the bathroom.. but they do say it’s well worth it. This one is really great for your liver though in the meantime, until you can do the big one. Hugs to you too! Dawn Dawn: mild liver flush Thanks Dawn! I can do this. Rogene gave me a wonderful recipe for a full flush, but I can't do it until I get a babysitter for the weekend. I have all the ingredients you listed and I'm going to do this one! hugs, Beth <<<<<< Here it is: ½ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice Dash of cayenne pepper 1 tsp. olive oil Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach… or whenever else you have a totally empty stomach. Don't eat for a half hour, water is okay. It actually tastes pretty good, drink it all at once, watch out for the lemon seeds though! Opinions expressed are NOT meant to take the place of advice given by licensed health care professionals. Consult your physician or licensed health care professional before commencing any medical treatment. " Do not let either the medical authorities or the politicians mislead you. Find out what the facts are, and make your own decisions about how to live a happy life and how to work for a better world.
