*I find now that I'm overthinking this all... trying to say the right

thing because if I don't, you'll misinterpret me...*

Can you find any judge your neighbors in this line?

love y'all, nne

I go to: You should not misinterpret me.

And: I need to explain myself.

Thank you ,

Yes, and with those thoughts, I feel a lot of stress and guilt...as if

it's possible that I could do something wrong, say something wrong and

feel that it's possible to upset *you*. Also anger, if I don't think

that you are hearing me (the way I want you to hear me).

Now when I hear you tell me that I upset you, I'm there, I'm listening.

I'm starting to see that ther is a possibility to join with you,

understand you while having my own opinion of the situation.

I'm learning how to join with you someone while listening to the upset

AND feel some calmness about it too...kinda like holding a screaming

kid who is having a nightmare while I see pretty clearly that there is

no monster under the bed.....just a teddy bear. But to tell the kid

there is no monster! Doesn't work! Better to say, I understand you see

a monster...

love you, nne
