Also, one thing to note, it's best to be as naked as possible when

using the infrared sauna. That's difficult to do if you are using a

gym sauna, but I wrap a towel around me very loosely. If I'm the

only one in there, I will let it drop to my waist. There's

something about clothes blocking the rays. Oh, and sitting on towels

as you noted is very important too. I usually go in with two or

three towels.
