Guest guest
That is a good question I would like to know also. I take about 1000mg a day. Mostly though I just eat oranges and other fruits. Guest guest
I don't know what the recommended amount of Vitamin C is.. . since it's water soluable, any excess will be passed in urine. There has been some controversy about high levels of Vitamin C. . . I'd suggest doing some research on it if you plan to remain at high levels. I understand that high levels have been used in detoxing/chelation . . . but I don't know how long it should be continued.
