Oh really that is what they are called huh? How do you wear them? Do you just place them in a bra or do they attach somehow? That is really a good idea.

I am a full B so I think I will be ok with just a lighty lined or padded bra, but what a great solution for others.

Hi Annie,I discovered PALS on this site in discussions by other members. They are soft gel inserts for bras that add cleavage and size. I was concerned that after explant, my bra size will change so drastically that I do not wish for anyone at work to notice. I want to gradually appear to change. Maybe that's vanity, but so be it. I did an internet search and found a site that sold them. They were about $20, and look to be very soft and comfortable. I think they will be more comfortable than toilet paper, hehe JOpinions expressed are NOT meant to take the place of advice given by licensed health care professionals. Annie, this is the first PALS I've had. I'm thinking I might add a

little material inside my bra to hold them, as they are simply lumps

of soft gel right now. Maybe others could give us some tips on how

they wore them, and what works and what doesn't....J

Be sure to put a layer of cloth between you and

anything made silicone.

One implant woman told me a friend of hers told her

that she was having all the same symptoms as she was

.... Only this woman didn't have implants. Turns out,

she was wearing the silicone prostheses next to her

skin . . . She said they didn't last long - they

started breaking down got sticky stuff all over her

breasts!
