I like the exercise too. I know about 5 or 6 women that I have met on other sites that are completely cured of implant illness and they all work out not just a little but a lot. Of course I won't be there for awhile myself. I can not do 2 hour work outs yet. I do think that I can work up to one hour a day 4 days a week now but it is only walking so far. I want to do some weight training. I read a woman's story who was completely cured of implant illness in 2 years and says it was all due to working out and nutrition, well I think she also said positive thinking and that kind of thing as well. She made no mention of detoxing but then, I think some people have different views on what is detoxing.
