Guest guest
Dear Annie, I too can remember those days, when my boys were young they would get high temperatures with lightning speed as well, but thankfully they have out grown that now so hold that thought, he will grow out of it I pray for you and your little boy, I really do know how you feel, the panic is all consuming. Guest guest
Dear Annie, I feel the same I really need some support for my sons too, I am sure your boy will be ok, my youngest son had really bad temperature problems I gave him junior pain killers and cooled him with a fan sometimes all night ,once the temperature had gone down he would be ok its weird isnt it?.My youngest is nine and he seems to have gotten over this problem I would say for the last year or so maybe . We all need each other hear dont we Annie? we need to be able to help our babies and maybe heal some of the guilt, thats one thing I desperatly need. Tell me how your son gets on Annie I will be thinking of you both. Love Sue.

Guest guest
Hi everyone, My son is 6 years old he just had a birthday. We made him a special sugar free cake. I want to share the recipe with the group. Anyway my sister and I are taking him to his pediatrician because after giving him tylenol he is not responding and he is still having a high temperature, 103 degrees. I am taking him in one hour so I do not have to pay the ER price as it is very expensive. I just felt the need to check in because you all seem to care about me and my sons condition seems related to implants and my breast feeding. I hope we do not have to admit him again. This has happened before. He had been doing very good but he has also had bouts of pneumonia. If they admit him I may not be able to get on here for awhile. I will see and let you know what happens so thank you for the prayers. I pray it is not something else related to his implant exposure or the fact that he is on this adderall medicine. I can not wait for the new site for kids and moms because I just feel the need for that bonding and extra support. Thank you all again for caring. Guest guest
Annie, I pray your son will be okay! It is so stressful when our kids are sick, because we hate to see them suffer in any way. Let us know... PattyAnnie <annie200548@...> wrote: Hi everyone,My son is 6 years old he just had a birthday. Guest guest
Annie I just said a prayer for your little boy. I know just how you feel. It is terrifying when your kids are really sick. Hopefully he will be on the road to recovery soon. I know my daughter seems to have more than her share of illness and is always missing school. It is hard not to worry about her. Hopefully he will get well soon and you will be able to leave him with his grandma as you planned. Hang in there. You are right. Stress is devastating to our immune systems. Guest guest
I thought I should check in with you all and let you know how my son is doing. We were supposed to leave for our trip to visit my husbands family yesterday but he was too sick with what the Dr.says is a viral infection. He does not have pneumonia but we have to postpone leaving until this weekend if he is better by then. I have had a relapse myself due to stressing on his illness. I have been feeling very weak and tired and depressed and some symptoms have returned. I hope this trip will still happen because if it does not then I do not know what my husband and I are going to do. We need to figure this marriage out soon. I need closure or a new beginning one or the other. I hope you are all doing well. I have missed being on here but my family has been needing me so I must take care of them first. I hope to be back with you all soon. I wanted to say I did try to do a 24 hour fast but it did not work well for me. I felt too light headed and dizzy and had to give in and ate some chicken broth and fruit. Is this a common reaction to fasting in the first time? What about the hot baths, those make me dizzy too, is that normal? I will not give up and will try it again when things settle down. thank you for the well wishes.
